Dosage calculation is based on weight and symptoms:

Wet PIF  8-10 MG/KG

Dry / Ocular PIF – 10MG/KG

Neurological PIF – 12-15MG/KG

If it is a life or dead situation and the patient hasn’t shown any progress in the first 24/48 hs we recommend a salvage dose. The patient receives the medication every 12 hours for 72 hs then go back to the 24 hours schedule.

Storage:
